Simple (Lentil) Dahl

Preface This is a very simple recipe for Dhal. Dhal is the Indian word for ‘lentil’ so the dish dhal varies massively all over India. While some will blow your head off, this one is not spicy at all (in the heat sense) but extremely flavoursome. Virtually Instant Pizza Base

It’s very difficult to beat homemade pizza, but let’s face it – we don’t always have the time (or energy) to make a traditional pizza base from scratch. This rapid recipe uses store-cupboard ingredients every home is likely to have.
