Introducing: The new and improved DavidClaxton.co.uk
Welcome...
As those of you who have visited before will notice the new look DavidClaxton.co.uk! The old web site continually experienced problems with its hardware, and so the new site is hosted externally! In theory, this should mean any further hardware problems are not my problem! Woo!
When I think back to my first ever attempt of HTML, I remember how complicated it all felt back then. Who would have known that, 7 years later, I would be fluent in several different web-programming/scripting languages. I remember launching my second attempt, and thinking it was incredible - much more professional looking, and well coded. I think the only thing I actually used ASP for, was for simple include files! To think how far I've come since. Since then, I've worked for three organisations, programming web-applications, which brings us to now: A Computing Sciences (UG) student at University of East Anglia, Norwich.
New Blog Launched! - blog.davidclaxton.co.uk
I have just launched a new blog I've been writing. It's still not quite perfect, but I've decided it's launch-able. I've got a few plans for it in the future, so keep checking back to see if anything's changed! Also, it's entirely database driven, so I indend to blog more frequently.
Don't worry! I haven't ditched my Twitter account (@DavidJClaxton). This blog is intended to suppliment it, by allowing me to rant on for longer than Twitter's 140 characters!
